Gary “Bubba” Hightower, 70 passed away unexpectedly on Dec 27th.  Born Oct 14, 1948 in KY.  He was a graduate of George Washington HS in 1966.  He served in the US Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from National Starch.  Gary loved fishing and his annual trip to Canada with a group of life long friends.  He is survived by brothers Charles, Alan, Bill and Roger, sisters Carolyn, Donna and Debbie as well as several nieces and nephews.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

    I have known Gary since grade school, He was and has Always been an AMAZZZING Friend/Brother. He will Definately be Missed by All Who Knew Him !! R I P Sweetheart

    So sorry for your loss. Gary was a very good friend of mine, I worked with him @ National Starch, have known him most of my life, precious memories my friend you will never be forgotten. Denzel & Lelia Anderson.

    I have been friends with Gary since grade school & worked with him at National Starch. I rremember going on a fishing trip with him to Canada. Great time! So sorry for your loss. Praying for your family.
